Delivery times | We aim to process and complete your order within 2-3 weeks often sooner if your order is in stock. We will do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and to give you accurate delivery estimates at the time your order is placed.
Stock | We endeavour to keep our standard colours of red and white in stock. For other colours and personalised laser etching please do get in touch and we can advise you of manufacture and order times.
Canceling or changing an order | If you have already placed an order, it may be possible to change it by calling us, depending upon how far your order has progressed and what changes you wish to make. Bespoke colours and/or laser etched products unfortunately cannot be changed or returned once they have entered the production process.
We use a nationwide delivery service to deliver your order to you within the UK mainland. Time slots and tracking are not available on deliveries at present, but we will endeavour to give you an estimated date of delivery upon despatching your goods. Please provide an accurate delivery postcode for our courier. All parcels must be carefully counted, checked and signed for upon receipt as Safer Equine cannot be liable for any shortage or damage if goods are signed for by you as complete and in good condition. Upon receipt of goods you must therefore inform the delivery driver of any shortages or damage.
Delivery dates are given as an estimate when the order is placed, but please be aware they may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We aim to get your order to you within 2-3 weeks but as orders are often hand made to your specific requirements, some seasonal variations may occur in delivery times and your order may take longer e.g. Christmas time. For mainland UK orders delivery charge are 1 pair: £15.99; 2 pairs: £26; 3 pairs: £39, 4 pairs: £52, 5+ pairs £75.
All goods must be paid for in full, in pounds sterling, prior to dispatch. Goods will not enter production until full payment is received and cleared: delayed payment will result in a longer production time. Please see our full terms and conditions.
You can return any of the goods received, excluding Bespoke Products, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging or packaging of similar quality and protection to prevent damage in transit. Bespoke products are those that have been made to your specification or personalised with laser etching. Any items should be returned within 14 days from delivery date. Safer Equine does not offer a free post service for returned items, therefore cost of delivery and insurance for returning items to Safer Equine will be at your expense. Safer Equine will exchange or refund the price of the items (except for Bespoke Products or products that have been diminished in value e.g. damaged). Safer Equine will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to it.
